Our 60-Day First Order Guarantee
We believe you’re going to love our creams as much as we do. That’s why we offer a 60-day first order guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your first order, you may return the eligible product within 60 days of your purchase date for a refund, subject to the policy below.
We want you to feel confident trying our creams, but we also want to set the right expectations.
What Should You Expect in 60 Days?
First, be realistic.
Skincare is not magic, and no cream can guarantee the same result for every person. Everyone’s skin is different. Age, skin condition, consistency of use, sun exposure, hydration, lifestyle, and many other factors can all affect how quickly you may notice visible changes.
Some customers notice improvements sooner. Others need more time and consistency before they see the results they are hoping for.
A helpful tip is to take a clear photo of your skin the day your cream arrives. Use the same lighting and angle when you take another photo later. Since you see yourself in the mirror every day, smaller changes can be easy to miss.
The customers who tend to be happiest with their results are usually the ones who use the cream consistently and give it time to work.
Many of our creams use liposomal delivery technology, which is designed to help deliver key ingredients more effectively into the skin. This type of skincare support can take time, and results are not always instantly visible.
We have seen our creams help many customers feel more confident in the appearance of their skin, and we are confident that if you use them consistently and as directed, you will give yourself the best chance of seeing the results you are looking for.
Returns
All eligible returns must be requested and postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date.
Return Process
To begin a return, please submit your return request through our automated returns system before sending anything back.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and an RMA number. Please do not send your return back without an approved RMA, as returns sent outside of our return system may not be accepted.
For approved returns:
Please print and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package.
Please include the return authorization slip inside the package with the item. This slip helps the return facility identify and process your return correctly.
You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We may offer a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. If you choose to use our prepaid label, a $15 return shipping and processing fee per item returned will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received, please allow at least three (3) business days for us to inspect and process your return.
After your refund is issued, it may take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you are fully covered.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and send us a photo of the damaged or defective product. Once verified, we will replace it at no cost to you.

The guarantee applies to one product in total.
