Refund Policy

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within forty (40) days of the purchase date. 

RETURN PROCESS

To begin a return please submit your details here before sending it back. After receiving a RMA number you may send the item back for refund.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We offer prepaid shipping labels at cost, which is $3. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $3.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

REFUNDS

Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products you are 100% covered regardless of order size. Simply send us a picture of the damage and we will replace it at no cost to you. This exception is valid for 7 days from the day you received your package.

Please Note      

  •        Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
  •        Guarantee applies only to a single jar of cream
  •        Unless the items are damaged, only one item from your first order is covered under our guarantee
