There was no lid on the bottle which made me think it had been sold before & sent to me on my order. I need to return it for a new bottle or a refund.

Product dispenser is a nightmare!

The small pump is much too stiff...expensive product shoots out in
way more than is needed...waste of $$ on eyecream in the sink. This is
a regular nightly problem for me and I will not purchase this again. When
it comes in a small tube that can be gently squeezed, give me a call.

Not really a cream

This is more of a liquid serum. It should be dispensed in a dropper. It squirts out all over the place - very hard to apply. Non-irritating, feels soothing. Not sure it's doing anything.
